Must have 80% attendance record from the
previous season.
Applicant must have a stellar record of conduct in class. Applicant could be considered a classroom
leader.

Failure
to uphold these guidelines may result in suspension of the Xtreme Team and d the scholarship will be revoked.
Applicant
must have one year of training at AuburnDanceAcademy before applying for a Scholarship.
Each applicant must submit
to ADA on or before Xtreme Team auditions.

Scholarship Winners Responsibilities
Maintain required attendance and positive
attitude from past season.
Parent and student must promote AuburnDanceAcademy
and display a good attitude and professionalism at all times, including any public event, convention, or performance, and
at school.
Be a role model to all members. Absolutely no gossip
or negative behavior/conduct.
Be available to help and assist the ADA
movie nights, parents night out, all cast rehearsals, community performances, community booths, and junior Xtreme competitions.
Parent/ student will be responsible for making, maintaining,and/or transporting
one prop or set piece for An ADA show or Xtreme routine
Student is responsible for “cleaning duty” one Saturday of each month.
