- Upon Registration
- You will receive newsletters via email on a monthly basis.
- You will receive your own mailbox
(file folder) located in the front lobby at ADA. Your mailbox is labeled with your child’s last name. You will receive your account statements
and various memos through this mailbox. Please check your mailbox every time you come in.
- Auburn Dance Academy accepted form of payment is auto debit from a debit or credit card.
- There
is an annual $20 registration fee that is due upon registration.
- Tuition and related fees for classes
is debited on the first of each month.
- There is a $25 return fee for any and all NSF transactions.
- There
is a costume fee for each dance performed in the June Production due by February first.

Levels pre to 2=$55.00
o Levels 3 - 4= $60.00
o Level 5-7 = $65.00
· There is a costume fee for each dance performed in the Christmas Production.
o $15.00 per class costume purchase or rental fee due By November first.
o
Student may have to provide and purchase accessories
to their costumes.
o
Some classes rent costume pieces from ADA and some purchase.
This is determined by management.
o Tickets
for Auburn Dance Academy Shows are available for purchase for $13 on pre-sale day and $15 there after.
· What do I need for class?
o
All items needed to participate in dance classes
are for sale in ADA’s On Site Dancewear Boutique.
o
Auburn Dance Academy’s policy of proper attire is designed to promote an atmosphere in which dance students can learn and thrive.
The dress code will be strictly enforced. Dancers not dressed to code may be asked to sit and watch the lesson for that day.
There are no refunds due to dress code violations.
o Ballet attire is appropriate for every class.
o No jewelry or gum.

o Ballet
§ Hair
· Must be in a bun, all bangs must be pushed back or to the side. Short hair must
be pulled back half way in a barrette. No headbands.
§ Shoes
· Pink split sole ballet slippers with elastic strap properly attached.
§ Attire
·
Solid color leotard, pink tights. A Ballet wrap skirt
is optional for levels 1/2. No skirt level 3 &up.
o Jazz/Lyrical/Acro/Musical Theater/ Tap level 6-7
§ Hair
· Must be up in a ponytail(level 6/7) or bun (level pre-5) with bangs securely pinned back.

Shoes
·
Black split sole jazz shoes (jazz) Foot Undez (lyrical).
Bare feet (Acro).
§
Attire
·
Leotard or sports bra. Tight black Jazz pants or
boy shorts. Please own both.

Hip Hop
§ Hair
· No hair requirement.
§ Shoes
· Matching Performance Sneakers dedicated to the dance floor (purchased @ADA).
§
Attire
·
Absolutely no jeans of any kind. Otherwise dress
at your own discretion.
